- Ranches, horse properties and date gardens
- Retail or office space during plumbing or remodel work
- Owner-builders living in an RV while the house goes up
What does a long-term porta potty cost?
A long-term porta potty usually costs about $165–$235 per 28-day cycle in the Coachella Valley, including weekly service. The first cycle also carries the delivery charge. Extra weekly services, a sink or a hand washing station add to the cycle price.

What happens at each weekly service visit?
At each weekly service visit, the driver pumps the holding tank, scrubs the seat, walls and floor, and adds fresh water and blue deodorizer. The driver also restocks toilet paper and sanitizer and checks the door latch. Each visit is logged with the date, so you always have a record.
- Pump: the tank is emptied into the truck, never onto the ground.
- Clean: seat, urinal, walls, floor and door handle are washed.
- Restock: two rolls of paper, sanitizer, and soap and towels for units with a sink.
- Check: latch, vent and roof are inspected; damage is reported to you.
Add a second weekly visit when more than 10 people use the unit each day, or during summer stretches above 105°F.
How many units does a long-term site need?
A long-term site needs one unit for every 10 daily users with one weekly service, or one unit for every 20 users with two services. Jobsites follow Cal/OSHA's one-per-20 rule. Yards and shops with a few staff usually need just one standard unit and a hand washing station.
| Daily users | Units | Weekly visits |
|---|---|---|
| 1–10 | 1 | 1 |
| 11–20 | 1 or 2 | 2 or 1 |
| 21–40 | 2 | 2 |
| 41–60 | 3 | 2 |

Long-term rental questions
How does monthly porta potty billing work?
Monthly porta potty billing runs in 28-day cycles, starting on the delivery day. Each cycle costs the same and includes weekly service. The first bill also includes the one-time delivery charge. Call for pickup and billing stops that day.
Is there a long-term contract?
Long-term rentals have no contract term. The unit stays as long as you need it and renews every 28 days. You can end the rental at any time by calling for pickup.
Can I change the service day?
Call us to move your weekly service day, for example to a day the gate is open. The new day starts the following week. Add a second weekly visit for heavy use.
Can I prepay for several months?
Businesses can prepay several cycles or set up monthly invoicing after a short credit application. Most homeowners keep a card on file that is charged every 28 days.
Will I be charged for a new cycle if I call late?
A new 28-day cycle is charged only if the unit is still on site when that cycle starts. Call or text before the renewal date, and keep the unit reachable for pickup, to avoid the charge.
