Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy
Plain-language terms for payment, billing cycles, cancellations, damage and pickup. Reviewed October 2026.
- Same-day delivery on morning calls
- Weekly service included
- Mon–Sat, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
Booking and payment
Event rentals are paid in full at booking. Long-term rentals charge the first 28-day cycle, plus delivery, at booking. Each later cycle is charged on its renewal date. We accept major credit and debit cards. Approved business accounts may be invoiced monthly.
Billing cycle
Long-term and construction rentals bill in 28-day cycles starting on the delivery date. Each cycle includes one service visit per week. A new cycle is charged only if the unit is still on site, or pickup has not been requested, when that cycle starts.
Event rentals
Event rentals cover 1–5 days, including delivery, setup, one stocked unit and pickup. Weekend events are delivered Friday or Saturday and picked up the next business day. Rentals longer than 5 days convert to a 28-day rental.
Cancellations and changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund, returned to the original card within 5–7 business days. Date changes made at least 24 hours before delivery are free. Cancellations after the truck is dispatched may be charged a trip fee.
Pickup and ending a rental
Call, text or email to request pickup. Billing stops on the day pickup is requested, provided the unit is reachable and unlocked. Pickups are usually completed within 1–2 business days.
Site access
The renter provides a clear, level spot and a path for the truck, with the service truck able to park within about 25 feet. Gate codes and access instructions must be current. If a driver cannot deliver, service or pick up because of blocked access, a return-trip charge may apply.
Extra service
Extra service visits beyond the included weekly visit are billed per unit per visit, as quoted. Extra services are added to the next invoice.
Damage and loss
The renter is responsible for loss, fire, vandalism, graffiti or damage beyond normal wear while the unit is on site. Do not move full units. We are not responsible for damage to lawns, pavers, sprinklers or pavement caused by placement at the renter's direction.
Permits
The renter is responsible for any permit needed to place a unit in a public right-of-way or at a permitted event. We can help with unit specifications for permit applications.
Weather and delays
Delivery days are confirmed; arrival times are estimates. Severe wind, storms, flooding, road closures or festival traffic control may delay delivery or service. We will call you if a delay affects your rental.
