What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your delivery ZIP or address, dates, unit choices, quantity, guest or crew size and phone number. When you call, we note your name, phone number, service address and order details.
How forms are sent
Quote forms are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the message. Form data is not sold.
How we use your details
We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not send marketing texts unless you ask.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
Analytics and cookies
We may use basic analytics to count page visits, calls and quote requests so we can improve the site. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep order records for tax and service-record purposes, generally for up to seven years. California residents may request a copy or deletion of their personal information by emailing info@indioportapotty.com.
