What is a restroom trailer?
A restroom trailer is a towed unit with separate rooms, flushing toilets, running sinks, mirrors, lights and air conditioning. Guests use it like an indoor restroom. Restroom trailers suit weddings, galas and long events where looks matter. Each trailer needs a hose and a 110-volt outlet.

When is a restroom trailer the right choice?
A restroom trailer is right for weddings over 75 guests, formal events and multi-day gatherings with water and power nearby. A trailer is the wrong choice on a dirt lot with no outlet or on a steep driveway. For those sites, pair flushing units with a hand washing station.

How do restroom trailer delivery and setup work?
Restroom trailer delivery usually happens the day before your event. The driver backs the trailer in, levels it with jacks, connects the hose and power cord, and tests every toilet, sink and light. After the event, we unhook and tow it away, usually the next business day.
- Clear a path about 12 feet wide with no low branches
- Show us the hose bib and the nearest outlet on a photo
- Mark sprinkler heads and soft ground before the truck arrives
- Turn the power on a few hours early in summer so the AC can cool it

Restroom trailer questions
What does a restroom trailer need on site?
A restroom trailer needs level ground, a standard garden-hose water connection and a 110-volt outlet. A 20-amp circuit is best. The truck needs a straight, clear path to back the trailer in. Tell us about slopes, soft lawn or low branches before delivery.
How many guests can a 2-stall restroom trailer handle?
A 2-stall restroom trailer comfortably handles about 75–100 guests at a 5-hour event. Larger weddings of 150–250 guests need a 3- or 4-stall trailer. The sizing calculator gives a count for your event.
Is the restroom trailer air-conditioned?
Our restroom trailers have air conditioning, lights and running sinks. The AC runs on the same 110-volt power as the lights. In Indio summers, plug the trailer in a few hours before guests arrive so it starts cool.
How far ahead should I book a restroom trailer?
Book a restroom trailer 4–8 weeks ahead for Coachella Valley wedding season, which peaks from October through April. Festival weekends in April book first. Short-notice trailers are sometimes available, so call even if your date is close.
Can a restroom trailer go on grass?
A restroom trailer can go on firm, dry grass if the truck can reach it without crossing sprinkler lines or soft soil. We use plywood pads where needed. On sloped lawns, we level the trailer with jacks before guests arrive.
