Which restroom works best for a wedding?
A restroom trailer works best for most Coachella Valley weddings over 75 guests, because it has flushing toilets, running sinks, lights and AC. Flushing porta potties with sinks are the best choice when the site has no outlet or hose. Add one wheelchair-accessible unit for older guests.
| Guests (5-hour reception) | With power and water | No power or water |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 75 | 2-stall restroom trailer | 2 flushing units + hand wash |
| 75–150 | 3–4 stall trailer | 3–4 flushing units + hand wash |
| 150–250 | 4-stall trailer + attendant | 5–6 flushing units + 2 hand wash |
| 250+ | 2 trailers | Call for a site plan |
What does the wedding venue need to provide?
The wedding venue needs level ground, a garden-hose connection and a 110-volt outlet for a restroom trailer. A 20-amp circuit keeps AC and lights running together. Ranch, date-grove and backyard weddings without hookups can use flushing units, which need nothing.

Compare the restroom trailer and the flushing unit with sink.
What does a wedding restroom rental cost?
A wedding restroom trailer usually costs about $1,200–$2,200 for a 2-stall unit and about $2,200–$3,800 for a 3–4 stall luxury unit for a weekend. Flushing units usually run about $295–$450 each. Your quote lists delivery, setup and pickup.

What is the timeline for a wedding restroom rental?
A wedding restroom rental starts with booking 2–3 months ahead for spring dates. One to two weeks out, we confirm placement, power and water. The trailer arrives the day before, is leveled and tested, and is picked up the next business day after the wedding.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| 2–3 months out | Book the trailer or flushing units and hold the date |
| 2 weeks out | Send a placement photo; confirm outlet and hose location |
| Day before | Delivery, leveling, water and power hookup, full test |
| Wedding day | Fully stocked; optional attendant for 200+ guests |
| Next business day | Unhook and pickup |

Wedding restroom questions
What restroom should I rent for a 150-guest wedding?
A 150-guest reception of about 5 hours fits a 3- or 4-stall restroom trailer. If the site has no power or water, rent 4 flushing units with sinks plus 1 hand washing station. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit if older guests attend.
When should the restroom trailer be delivered?
We deliver the restroom trailer the day before the wedding whenever the venue allows. The driver levels it, connects water and power, and tests every sink and toilet. Pickup is the next business day.
Can the restroom trailer be hidden from the ceremony?
Place the restroom trailer 100–200 feet from seating, behind a hedge, wall or tent line. Keep a lit path to it after dark. The truck still needs a clear route in and out, so walk the site with us before the day.
Do you offer an attendant for the wedding?
An attendant can restock paper and wipe sinks during receptions over 200 guests. Ask about attendant service when you book. Most smaller weddings do not need one, because the trailer arrives fully stocked.
How early should I book for a spring wedding?
Book wedding restroom trailers 2–3 months ahead for March and April dates in the Coachella Valley. April festival weekends fill first. Fall weekends in October and November also book early.
